This room was featured on HGTV's series"If Walls Could Talk", the same year that Cape Charles House received the Governor's Award for Bed and Breakfast Hospitality in Virginia. The room is named for the mistress of the house, Julia, and it was discovered from the surviving family, that it was actually her daughter, Little Julia who enjoyed this as her bedroom. The family was so touched by the honor of naming the room, they have gifted the family photographs displayed on the wall. The largest in the center is that of Little Julia at age 21. Some of her linens hang over the bed and in the glass topped table over near the bay window, are treasures found in the house including a letter to Santa, dated 1913, from Little Julia, asking for "a doll and bicycle, and some clothes for the doll".

The room color was inspired by the Evans' collection of Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plates that border the upper wall. Classic blue and white Toile patterned fabric and complimentary blue oriental design rugs add serenity to this gracious room.To relax, the sitting area in the bay window, has a fainting couch and a handsome wing chair.  Bedside lamps offer 3-way brightness for bed reading.  Each room has individual climate control and ceiling fans.

There is a balcony with small table and chairs off the bathroom, which overlooks the perennial flower beds in the side yard and offers private outdoor living space. The bathroom has a double Jaccuzi tub/shower.  Amenities include custon glycerin roesmary and thyme soap, herbal bath grains, luxurious towels and sheets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.  There is free WiFi throughout the Bed and Breakfast.
